Our Founder Donno
Donno has been tattooing since 1998, honing his craft over the years from Philadelphia to Finland and many points in between... In 2014, he opened Donno's Higher Ground Tattoo, a place where creativity thrives and unique body art comes to life.
Donno's favorite style to tattoo is American traditional, but is happy to put damn near anything on ya.
Kortney
Kortney is a local who moved to PGH for a while, then returned to us filled with newfound knowledge of how to poke holes in humans! She has been piercing since 2006, and tattooing since 2021.
She loves pop culture tattoos, whimsical stuff, or anything you remember from Nickelodeon.

Maikel
All the way from Havana, Cuba, Maikel has been tattooing since 2020.
His favorite style is Japanese, but will happily rock a portrait, design a coverup, or blast a badass B&G piece for you anytime!

A local boy who moved away, traveled, and returned to our mountain home, Corey has been tattooing since 2012
